DCC is a fully vertically integrated manufacturing entity located
in Karachi,
a major port city and business hub of Pakistan.
Recognizing early on that raw materials are essential to product quality, DCC invested in the establishment of its own fabric and spinning mill, Hantex. The spinning unit at Hantex is equipped with the latest Japanese, Swiss and Italian machinery, facilitating the production of all types of yarn - including ring spun, core, slub, lycra and more. The unit has the capacity to produce 100,000 pounds of yarn per day.
With a vision of an State-of-the-Art fabric manufacturing facility, Hantex Mill was constructed, spreading across the area of over 50000 square meters. With a fully automated and computerized system, Hantex has a stringent quality control system for its fabric weaving and dyeing processes. Producing over two million meters of fabric a month, Hantex is one of the largest fabric units within Pakistan.
Alongside our four production facilities; DCC recently constructed an state-of-the-art Flagship facility “The Green Factory”; that increased our annual production capacity to 20 million garments. Not only do we constantly innovate and apply automotive techniques towards production processes, but also have a conservation centered and employee well-being focused approach.
Our dedicated Sampling Unit produces over 10,000 samples per year. Additionally, we offer a premium service for our established clients where we produce customized mini collections throughout the year.
DCC’s laundry facilities are equipped with the latest Jeanologia laser, E-flow and Ozone machinery, with consistent application of Environmental Impact Measurement (EIM) Software to score the environmental impact of the garment finishing process in terms of water consumption, energy consumption, chemical product use and worker health.
All our fabrics and garments are tested in our dedicated fabric and garment labs, in order to find the perfect match of fabric and treatment. Fabrics are tested thoroughly for essentials like tensile strength, stretch and recovery, piling and abrasion before going into production. We also develop new washing techinques for a more sustainable way of treating denim garments and share this knowledge with our customers.
